在下就剛剛相反。
喜歡老麥瘦薯條，嫌粗薯條不夠脆﹔
喜歡茄醬，嫌加鹽太鹹。
(有時老麥賣的薯條，職員已經下了很多鹽，我還要先彈走一些才吃)

至於會否掩蓋薯味，我看是份量的問題。
沾少許來吃，我覺得沒有影響。我家甚至連吃炸魚也要沾茄醬的。
但我有位同學，吃一包細薯條竟然用了七包茄醬，我就真的不知道他是吃薯條還是吃茄醬了。</description>

下次到英國一定要試一下covent garden的一間小店. The Rock and Sole Plaice. 是我試過最好的fish &amp; chips. 魚有5-6種選擇而且真的口感和味道都各有特色. 那些薯條也極之特別, 基本上是薯仔的切片, 十分厚和薯味十足.
加上不是連鎖, 很有英國家族經營小店氣氛.
