今日見到郵局貼上通告話寄特快專遞有新派遞標準，又有”如需繳納關稅，派遞代理先行墊支，後向收件人取回款項連小額附加費”的服務。唔知係知係知道意大利那邊的人唔掂，換左派遞代理。

唉，到了九月二十七日，查詢的結果還是「因地址不確而未能投遞」，真是對特快專遞徹底失望！

挪威的郵政一樣很差,另外要是給海關扣查了便有排攪。即使是speedpost也冇符。我最新的包裹已待了一星期還未取得到。

I actually suspected that there was something wrong with the Hong Kong Post Office last week, I coincidently shipped out two parcels to US on the 18th, and they both arrived in the Chicago airport on 23rd! My parcels have gone into a “black hole” in between 18th – 23rd!! Nonetheless, postal service in Italy still remains to be the most discouraging system on earth. But if you courrier via DHL, it is almost guaranteed that the parcel would be inspected by custom and be taxed, which is not a very nice thing to do to your friend.

其實你試下去郵局追，因為特快專遞係講明三個工作天內對方一定會收到。
我試過寄去加拿大，用左十個工作天對方都未收到，當中有七日都仲寫住”運輸中”，我去郵局投訴，即日對方就收到。
另外，郵差同我講，三個工作天內對方收唔到，可以同郵局追番錢架，不過我未追過，淨聽郵差講，手續都已經好麻煩。

if add $50-60, it will be the same price as DHL or Fedex, but more realible.

香港郵政的「特快專遞」有一項”加快派送”的服務, 加五十多六十元便可保證另一天送抵(如果那邊不是假期), 我上次寄東西到東京用這服務一天便寄到, 不過不知意大利是否適用。
