以下係個人偏方時間:

當精神唔夠，而咖啡同可樂都無法提神時，可以試red bull或者力保健。不過這種提神飲品其實好「燥」，不宜常飲。

可以叫阿媽煲多點湯水飲，令你睡得好一點，就不會那麼累。如果怕成日煩住阿媽，可以試試每日用保暖杯焗住乾龍眼肉同紅棗水，放工回家時拿來喝(好像還要落兩、三粒杞子)。不過要飲得一頭半個月。</description>
