to 根本吹水:冇話行唔到的,只不過是可否接受其速度,我用G3行photoshop CS都係咁用 =.=

呢排見到iMacg5 17″ 9000元,都幾吸引!

雖不是專家，你個同學用緊老舊Mac，速度上可以接受(我有時都用01 年出產的 G3 500 小白，一樣powerful and trusty)，佢個朋友用Mac mini (個cpu 係G4)，RAM 插到 1GB 之多，也不覺得快，所以著你睇定d。

不過，我好懷疑Mac mini 唔夠快係用乜機相比囉，如果係用G5 機種相比，係人都知一定會慢少少啦，一部G5 幾多錢？一部G4 幾多錢？唔通你真係想三四千蚊就要買到成萬銀的 service 咩？

人地富野由季悠，三套 Z Gundam 電影版都係用G4 行Final Cut Pro 剪片/混音/糾色咋！阿Zing 同model 影完相，都係用G4 iBook 行Photoshop 執相咋。我都唔明何解一部G4 1.42GHz 的Mac 只可以做上網聽歌之類的task，雖然Mac mini 係平，但不等如佢機能渣，呢個係「好多人」甚至「好多Mac user」對Mac mini 的誤解，也是對硬件數字終極追求的悲劇。

re 2: A lot of poor people (me incl.) are still using some old Maps (sic) with the horse-power much less than a Mac mini for some serious tasks, say video editing, handling RAW files and maybe for server. I really can’t realise why a Mac mini can only be used for listening music and web surfing at home. I am now using a iBook G3 700, surfing the web, listening to MP3, as well as playing some Warcraft III.
If you want to be high profile, you can definitely hanging out with Mac mini by using this 4K worth Mac mini as a Cell-phone ornament or something wearable, instead of putting it in the corner of your house. Everybody will know you are an intelligent Mac user.

$3999有一部Map真係好吸引，但只買機唔買Mon，又好似怪怪地。

如果買部Mac Mini回家，真係只供上網同聽歌，好似唔係太大作用，放屋企，又冇人知你用緊Mac，好似低調左D

Upgrade Mac mini Ram: 街買DDR ram 8百 1G，買Hynix或三叔牌，現在同Mac最夾。
你可以比多三蚊去五金店買多支灰持，又或食完飯留返對竹筷子。用這tool自己DIY安裝。
