近日最大的壞習慣,就是夜睡!即使不是上夜班的日子,也要呆至五時多才睡,結果每天都是日上「N」竿才睡,實在非常不健康...但是一下子將生理時鐘大幅調前,卻是一件十分困難的事。希望今天起逐步調前--所以現在已是差不多四時,也應該要睡了。
